JOB SUMMARY:
<P>Job/Position Description
Assists Lead Stock Clerk in receiving, storage, issue, rotation, and inventory of food and supplies for use by the Food Service Department. Maintains a high standard of sanitation in the storage area. Work is primarily assigned, supervised and evaluated by the Lead Stock Clerk. Other duties may be required which are reasonably expected of the duties of the position.
Essential Job Functions
Receives, inspects, stores and rotates deliveries following department procedure. Prepares inventories and staple items

Knowledge Skills Abilities
Basic knowledge of methods, materials, equipment and appliances used in food preparation. Basic knowledge of food storage and preservation. Basic knowledge of food service operations to include sanitation, safety, portion control and cleaning techniques.
Initial Screening Criteria
Experience with inventory control, receiving and stocking techniques preferred.
Additional Information
Shift Schedule M-F All applicants must pass: pre-employment drug screen, fingerprint criminal background check, and Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS), Employee Misconduct Registry and Nurse/Aide Registry checks. A
