Requirements: Follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including Barista techniques and procedures. Must be able to follow recipes and preparation instructions.  Able to perform simple computations and record keeping.  Able to adequately and proficiently run a cash register.  Must have current Food Handler's Certification or able to obtain within thirty (30) days of hire.  Able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds, along with frequent prolonged standing/walking.

<br>Job Duties:  This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine duties related to preparation and serving of food and preparation of/serving Espresso and other beverages.  Keeps kitchen area, work areas and cooking utensils/equipment clean.

<br>Benefits/Salary: This position is a Temporary (not to exceed 90 days), part-time, varied shifts, and SEIU Support Grade 4.
