JOB SUMMARY:
Trained to assist manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal ticket records. Assist manager in completing daily reports including, production records, inventory and ordering. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices. Obtain a food handler certification required by Texas Department of Health. Flexible work schedule with evening hours will be required.
Education equivalent to completion of high school or GED; and one year experience in an institutional or commercial food service operation. Possess the ability to create and follow written and verbal instructions. Prefer experience with program software.
