JOB SUMMARY
Assists FS coordinator and Managers in overall operation of food & nutrition services as lead staff member. Responsible for service, food handling, sanitation, safety, employee training, cash handling, and customer relations. Maintains financial controls for cafeteria, processes cash and credit card receipts. Ensures cash handling procedures are being followed and conducts audits in conjunction with the Manager.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3 years experience within a food service setting is required. 1 year supervisory or lead level experience in a food service operation preferred. Cashier experience preferred. Capable of using simple math and operating a 10-key calculator.
