About the Agency

Note: This is an UNPAID fellowship program administered by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). This is a TEMPORARY Federal government appointment and does not lead to permanent employment with the Department of State or USAID. Franklin Fellows are welcome to apply to advertised positions in either Agency, but must meet the applicable qualifications and complete the standard application and assessment process for such positions.
