Qualifications/Duties
Shift/Hours:
1st shift; 40 hrs/wk

Basic Qualifications:

*General HVAC, electrical & plumbing.

*Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
*Must have knowledge of all hand tools and use of a multi-meter.
*Must be able to repair equipment in a timely manner, maintain equipment accurately, and have excellent verbal and written communication.

Duties:
*Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment.
*Examines mechanical equipmemt with the ability to diagnose problems.
*Cleans and lubricates parts. Requisitions parts, equipment and services.
*Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
*1 year HVAC experience using refrigerant gauges with ability to calculate superheat and subcooling, and ability to work on pneumatic and DDC controls.
