Unit Description:

Sodexoseeks an experiencedGeneral Manager 4- Foodfor a healthcare facility –St. David’sRound Rock Medical Center- located inRound Rock, TXnear Austin. Round Rock Medical Center is a 173 bed HCA facility which utilizes AYR (At Your Request) room service for our patients and has a centralized AYR call center that is shared with Georgetown.

The GM will manage all food aspects of the hospital including AYR, Retail (Fresh Inspirations certified cafeteria), Doctor''s Dining Room and Catertrax catering program.

Ideal candidate will have:

* GM experience within a healthcare setting
* experience with Sodexo’s At Your Request Room Service program
* strong record of great service ratings with client
* excellent team leadership skills
* demonstrated project management
* strong financial acumen
Position Summary:
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate''s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
