Job Summary:  The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a general project engineer responsible for engineering analysis, project management, design and preparation of complete plans and specifications for new capital initiatives and improvements.  The incumbent is dependently responsible and held accountable for determining the action necessary in the development and completion of all assigned projects.  Healthcare experiences is highly preferable.
