This Recreation Assistant (Range Operations) position is located with Outdoor Recreation at Fort Gordon, Georgia. It is a flexible position scheduled to work 0-40 hours per week based on the needs of the activity. This position works with the Lead-Recreation Assistant planning and implementing special event activities which include tactical pistol and rifle matches, skeet and trap tournaments, machine gun shoot and precision long distant rifle competitions; and Outdoor Recreation programs: Archery and Fishing Tournaments, Kid's Fishing Derby, Shooting Events, Special Hunts and food concessions with Fort Gordon Special Events. Must be able to pass Ranger Certification, Red Cross First Aid & CPR Training.
