Located in the heart of Arlington, Texas, Shady Valley Golf Club is a tree-lined, tranquil retreat, featuring an 18-hole private golf course designed by C.H. Wilemon Jr. that provides a challenging but fair round of golf for every member of the family. Known for its creativity in providing entertaining theme-night dinners and fun Member events, Shady Valley is a true gathering place for friends and family to come together over golf, over a meal or just to enjoy each other’s company.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and keeping in good working order all golf course equipment.
Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment on inventory in the golf maintenance operation.
Be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all golf maintenance equipment.
Maintain the mechanics work area and company tools in a clean, well organized, safe and secure manner.
Must follow and adhere to all Club/Employee policies, safety and environmental standards as set forth by the company & federal, state and local laws, rules and ordinances.
Will be responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels of petroleum products, replacement parts, and shop supplies as established by the Golf Course Superintendent.
Job Requirements :

Minimum of 2 yrs golf course mechanic experience on small engine repairs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
