Our corporate office is located in West Liberty, Iowa and we have three state-of-the-art plant operations in West Liberty (IA), Mt. Pleasant (IA) and Tremonton (UT). West Liberty Foods is currently seeking a Corporate Maintenance Manager. This position will be working in a fast-paced production, team environment. The Corporate Maintenance Manager is always using existing reports and onsite visits to steer the maintenance activities in a positive direction in support of company goals and production requirements - compliant with all company standards. The Corporate Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of equipment in the WLF plant system as well coordinating and monitoring maintenance performance. Lead the application of reliability methodologies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, equipment criticality analysis, etc. to transform the reactive maintenance focus to a proactive reliability maintenance focus. Responsibilities: Work closely with maintenance and/or production personnel to resolve chronic equipment related issues across the various business plants. Assist business operations and maintenance staff with PM reviews, PM modifications, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), CMMS development and data mining to investigate equipment trends, failure defense identification and planning, PDM technology implementation, work process improvements, and set up of reliability based metrics while ensuring compliance with all regulatory agency and company requirements. Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain specific targets, strategies and tactics to maximize equipment availability to drive asset productivity improvement. Monitor equipment availability and assist with departmental projects and initiatives related to equipment availability performance improvements. Perform equipment evaluations to determine and justify new equipment, equipment replacement or overhaul needs. Develop Lubrication Specification Standards, aligned with and according to accepted industry standards. Focus on Continuous Improvement (CI) targets and play a key role in CI projects. Coach and mentor the utilization of Maintenance Reliability best practices and serve as expert in the reliability engineering discipline. All other duties as assigned. Requirements: A
