Will be superving all maintenance staff. Will hold monthly safety meetings with staff members. Will be required to document fire checks, safety checks, ect. A technical skills evaluation will be conducted on site. This test will focus on skills required for the job such as sheetrocking, plumbing, elctrical, carpentry, HVAC, ect.
