Assists manager in planning and training. Presents a professional image to set an example for staff. Provides backup to others as needed. Plays active role on management team, supervising retail or processing as needed. At times may be only quot;Supervisor in Chargequot; of whole facility. Cross training required in all aspects of Goodwill. Supervisors are expected to distance themselves from those they supervise, especially when supervisor has been promoted from within.aRequired Skills Experience in retail and supervision desirable. Ability to work with people with disabilities and other special needs desirable. Knowledge of merchandise and customer service desirable. Math skills with which to complete daily reports as necessary desirable.Required Experience Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community. Able to lift and carry 20-100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance. Able to stand and walk entire shift. Able to tolerate extreme heat or cold.
