Yes - Regional Relocation Employee Referral Expense Yes Position Type Full Time Work Hours Per Week Travel Requirements 0 Required Education Bachelors Degree Required Experience 5-8 years Position Description As a Mixed signal ASIC Test Development Engineer in the Digital Mixed-Signal Group, you will: - Assist Product Development with Design Verification. - Develop ATE manufacturing test solutions for ASIC product families. - Assist Product Engineering with resolving potential manufacturing issues globally. - Assist Quality/Reliability with providing solutions to meet any/all qualification requirements. - Gather and analyze test data to improve, simplify, and optimize test solutions. - Apply project management skills to deliver engineering and production prototypes in a timely manner. - Complete test release amp; product transfer to manufacturing in the shortest time possible. - Interface with external and internal customers (Product Development, Marketing, Business Units, Manufacturing amp; Product Eng) on a global scale. - Identify, define and implement new test methodology and process. - Participate in cross functional teams. - Able to work in a environment where quality, cost and delivery is of utmost importance. Position Requirements Successful candidates for this position will have: - BSEE, MSEE degree in a technical/engineering discipline with 6+ years work related experience. - Knowledge in tester specification, capability, limitations amp; debug tools of Teradyne Catalyst or MicroFlex testers. - Knowledgeable in Teradyne IG-XL, VB, C, C++ programming languages. - Knowledge of Mixed Signal test methods. - Work experience in Design, Product Eng, FAB, FA, back-end manufacturing is preferred but not required. - Applies SPC concepts and uses DOE tools. - Word processor, spreadsheet, Unix and visual basic experience required.
