Job Title Manager Plant Human Resources Job Function Human Resources City Twin Falls State Idaho Full Time/Part Time Full Time Job Summary ConAgra Foods, Lamb Weston, North Americaapos;s premier supplier of frozen potato products, is seeking a professional Plant Human Resources Manager at our Twin Falls, ID plant. In this role the individual will manage the complete HR function for this location. This individual reports to the Lamb Weston corporate HR Director with matrixed accountability to the local Plant Manager. The Plant HR Manager supervises a staff of HR Generalists and HR Specialists and is the key plant resource responsible for helping the plant team recruit, retain, develop, and keep full engagement of all people. This role overseas all aspects of the HR function at the plant level. Accountable for direction, management, and financial success of the HR function at the Boardman Plant by establishing and achieving current and long range objectives, plans and policies. The HR Manager is a key member of the plant leadership team and is a strong business partner, working with the leadership team to enhance Culture, Labor Relations and employee engagement. This position provides direct leadership to the local HR team with oversight for the salaried group and more than 400 hourly Team Members. The HR Manager partners with internal and external resources to provide and develop and human resource capabilities needed to achieve business success. Effective resolution of employee relations issues and assurance of compliance with organizational policies/practices and governmental laws/practices are also critical functions. Position Responsibilities Administers the collective bargaining agreement and participates in contract negotiations Helps develop and administer AAP Leads development, implementation, and audits of all HR policies and procedures Manages regulatory compliance, social accountability audits, and leads investigations of complaints involving alleged harassment or discriminations Manages HR budget and works with plant management to assist in managing people spending, i.e. over-time, headcount control, utilization of temporary workers, workerapos;s compensation, etc. Leads assessment and planning for internal training and development Monitors employee attitudes, leads culture assessments and action planning to close the gaps Provides advice and counsel to plant management team regarding performance management and development of human capital Position Qualifications BS/BA degree required (major in HR preferred) 5-7 years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management role required Previous manufacturing/plant experience (24 hour operation facility) preferred Experience with labor relations preferred Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentations skills Knowledge of HRMS and Microsoft Office products AutoReqId 30163BR
