Title: Sales Representative- Twin Falls-300 Location: NA-US-ID-Twin Falls Job Number:_1208904 The role of the Nabisco Sales Representative is to build business at the retail level. Through selling, planning and distribution, as well as supporting and incidental activities such as merchandising, shelving and pricing, the SR acts in an expert sales role to retail stores and/or DM Headquarters. The SR exploits selling opportunities at the retail level consistent with company programs and strategies to positively influence the sale of Nabisco Foods products. The Nabisco Foods Sales Representative will have routed stores with assigned store call frequencies that will vary based upon Customer selling influence; Splinter Group Headquarter calls associated with their route responsibility; Customer District Manager calls associated with their route responsibility; selling and merchandising responsibilities at their routed stores. The Nabisco Foods SR with regular routed stores generally calls on 8 to 13 high influence stores where selling occurs at store level; Selling and merchandising responsibilities are effectively prioritized and managed on their route, and reliance on merchandisers to effectively provide merchandising support at store level. Sell business-building in-store merchandising programs to key store personnel by using consumer and trade information that addresses the customerapos;s needs.
