The selectee will serve as the high Voltage Electrician Leader within the Utilities and Energy Branch of NAVFAC Midwest, Public Works Department, Great Lakes, IL and reports directly to the Utilities Director via High Voltage Electrician Supervisor 1. The selectee is responsible for aiding the shop supervisor in the operation, preventative maintenance, project maintenance, and emergency repairs of the electrical distribution systems, substations, and street lights while leading subordinate teams comprised of electrical trade occupations.
