About the Agency

ILLINOIS NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is anexcepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignmentin the Illinois National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the militaryuniform. Acceptance of an excepted position constitutes concurrence with theserequirements as a condition of employment. Applicants who are not currently amember of the Illinois National Guard must be eligible for immediate membershipand employment in the Illinois National Guard in the military grade listed inthis announcement.

Duty Location: 126 ARW, SCOTT AFB, IL

Open Areas of Consideration: 1, 2 The first area of considerationwill be permanent technicians on board with the 126th ARW. Thesecond area of consideration will be individuals holding or eligible to acquiremembership with the 126th ARW. Applicants who meet the first area ofconsideration will be considered before those who meet the second area ofconsideration.

 

MilitaryRequirements: Selected Candidates willbe required to be in a compatible military assignment prior to the effectivedate of placement.
