KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Job Duties: • Developing new business via telemarketing to new and existing clients • Answering phones, generating reports, filing, updating customer information, order entry, any other clerical duties necessary to support the department • Prepare information on quotes & contracts for customers. • Understanding customer needs in order to effectively communicate product specific solutions • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage time and multiple priorities • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative • Answering customer requests for custom apparel and making product recommendations based on customer needs. • Increase sales with respective accounts by offering supplementary products and up selling. • Monitoring, tracking, and overseeing the development of order fulfillment to meet client’s expectations on quality and delivery date. • Contact prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer/supplier relationship. • Introduces, educates, and builds relationships with potential customers, prioritizing opportunities • Contributes to establishing marketing strategy for new markets. • Reporting to sales manager on achievement of goals and status of territory. • Supporting Outside sales representatives in reaching territory goals
