Job Summary:

The Home Based Primary Care program has a vacancy for a LPN covering an area of approximately 60 miles from Richard L. Roudebush Medical Center. Providing Home based care to our nations veterans.

Duty Hours:    Days – Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift, 10 hour shift and Compressed Work Week options available. Position will require call on holidays and weekends.
