Who May Apply:

·         Current Department of Defense Employee

·         Reinstatement Eligible

·         Veterans and Preference Eligible under Veterans Employment Opportunity Act (VEOA) of 1998

·         Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) Eligible

·         OPM Interchange Agreement Eligible
