The El Paso Apartment Finder is hiring a Junior Account Executive - CSR/Administrative Assistant This position will have a primary and secondary function. The primary role is administrative and includes all general office management, sales staff support, customer support, creating and maintaining reports, billing, and assisting with magazine production.

This is a great opportunity for someone to be trained in sales which will be the secondary duty and will include making appointments, cold-calling, visiting clients offices, sourcing new advertisers and meeting sales goals. This position requires a multi-tasker with lots of energy who can be successful in both the Sales and Administrative roles.

Some of the specific duties include :
* Driving to local customer''s offices for copy pick-up and delivery of proofs and samples
* Making sales calls via phone, new media, email and in-person
* Managing the office including answering phones, managing production schedules, general emails and inquiries
* Creating and maintaining sales and production reports using Excel and other software
* Attending after hours functions and local association meetings

Required Experience:


* 2 to 5 years administrative experience in a corporate environment preferred
* 1 - 2 years sales experience in an advertising, publishing or new media environment
* Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
* Ability to work independently and proactively with limited daily guidance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience using new media and new technologically including mobile devices, phones, specialized apps, email, internet, RSS, social media
* Experience with cloud computing platforms and processes is preferred
* Intermediate to advanced skills with all Microsoft office software including experience with developing Excel spreadsheet reports
* Familiar with Google Enterprise systems is preferred (Gmail, GoogleSites,GoogleDocs etc.)
* Billing and payment collection experience a plus
