As a cook at The Fairway Grille at Trails West Golf Course you will prepare the menu according to food handlers guidelines and facility specifications.   Demonstrate a knowledge of cooking procedures and kitchen equipment for a variety of items.   In addition you must have a working knowledge of proper food storage and labeling procedures, be able to work in a high paced environment, and be willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required.   This

position also requires dish washing, ash removal, sweeping and mopping.
