As a Lead Child and Youth Program Assistant with the Kids on Site program you would write weekly lesson plans, planning and implementing activities for children. Document observations of children and keep portfolios on each child in the classroom.  Develop individual activities to further child's development.  Maintain a clean and organized classroom.  Complete and update required classroom paperwork in a timely manner.  Guide and assist lower level classroom staff.
