Serves as Chief Attorney for Civilian Personnel, Fiscal and General Administrative Law in the Office of the Command Judge Advocate, U.S. Army Human Resources Command. Incumbent supervises and develops subordinate attorneys and paralegals. Acts under the administrative direction and policy guidance of the Command Judge Advocate and prepares and provides written legal opinions and oral advice and recommendations on all areas of civilian personnel law, ethics, fiscal, and general administrative law as well as prepares cases for litigation before third party administrative courts.
