Serves as legal advisor and counselor to key executives such as the Commanding General, Deputy Commanding Generals, Chief of Staff, Directors, supervisors, and Brigade and Battalion Commanders on all matters regarding administrative, civil and recruiting operations law. Provides oral and written advice concerning recruiting policy, recruiting law, and other

recruiting operation legal actions to include recruiter improprieties, enlistment eligibility, and other legal actions that effect the recruiting process.

About the Position:
Position serves as the USAREC senior civilian attorney  who provides legal guidance and advice related to recruiting operations.
