JOB SUMMARY:
KeyTrak is the world's leading provider of key and asset tracking systems. KeyTrak helps businesses enhance the security of their operations while improving productivity and reducing costs. KeyTrak systems provide a safe, organized way to house keys for car dealerships, apartment communities, hospitals, military bases, government facilities, hotels, schools and commercial properties.
We support five different asset management products in both standalone and networked settings.
Reps train users as well as troubleshoot software issues. They also program interfaces into third party software applications and occasionally provide onsite support to customers.
Training:
Training lasts approximately 6-8 weeks and consists of formal product training, computer-assisted instruction, and shadowing current support representatives.
