Lead Asp.net Developer for High Traffic Auto Software Company - Lead Asp.net Developer - Skills Required - ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, OO Design, XML, Visual Studio .Net, HTML / CSS, SQL, TSQL, ADO.NET

What you need for this position:
- 5+ years designing, developing and implementing software applications.
- Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Design Methodologies
- Experience in design / development of Apps using ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML and Visual Studio.NET.
- Experience in developing business reports using Microsoft Report Viewer.
- Experience with SQL, Database Management, Designing Relational Tables, writing stored procedures and T-SQL and SQL Management Studio.
- Code Repository Experience w/ code branching, merging and automated building.
- Team player with Excellent Communication, Troubleshooting, Debugging and Strong analytical problem solving skills to deliver Technology solutions.
- Experience w/ Entity Framework, LINQ and Web Services (REST, SOAP, WSDL) a plus.
What you''ll be doing:
- Help with assigning projects and issues to other Engineers.
- Perform code reviews to ensure good programming practices and XRM Standards are being followed.
- Perform hands on programming to resolve customer issues and design, write code and implement new solutions as required. Help other departments and developers with a range of issues, from coding to network problems to details on XRM features, or figuring out complex programming problems.
- Write and maintain WebXRM''s coding standards and practices, add and document framework tools for WebXRM Developers.
- Responsible for publishing code changes to testing and releasing it to production. QC team to be added down the road.
