Lead Maintenance Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:
The lead maintenance supervisor should possess at least five (5) years of recent (within the past eight (8) years) experience in directing maintenance operations in a supervisory capacity for commerical buildings.
The lead maintenance supervisor must understand green building procedures and be able to effectively sustain a maintenance program consisting of procedures that maximize results while protecting maintenance workers and facility occupants.
The individual must be on-site from 7:00am through 4:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and new Year's Day holidays. This position is considered a full time on site position. This position a working Lead Maintenance Supervisor position, with time shared between supervising personnel, on an as needed basis and operating, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, testing, adjusting, installing and replacing building and site systems.
