HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE

TECHNICIAN VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.

 

LOCATION: 159TH FW, NAS-JRB, BELLE CHASSE

 

This position is located in an Air National Guard (ANG) Aviation Wing, Aircraft Maintenance Group, Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Weapons Element. The primary purpose of this position is to lead subordinates in the performance of aircraft ordnance work and electronic work that consist of complex electronic and aircraft ordnance systems maintenance.

 

ACTIVE GUARD RESERVE (AGR) ANNOUNCEMENT: This position is also being announced as an AGR position under AGR Vacancy announcement number LA-1027425-A closing 30JANUARY2014. Personnel applying for this position as AGR should do so under that vacancy announcement.
