Instructs Insulators, Insulator Helpers and Student Trainees (Insulator), on proper work procedures and methods, use of tools and safety pertaining to shop trade skills. Gives appropriate skills training utilizing shop training tools such as mock-ups, in shop work areas or facilities, as appropriate, and on deck-plates. Incumbent will work with trainees by demonstrating skills, work procedures and safety precautions.
