You will be responsible for all Shop planning for an assigned project (e.g., all machinery, auxiliary, weapons, test or nuclear work) where assigned. This will involve performing all planning required for the trade of Welders. The scope of Production Shop Planner functions includes all necessary actions to package, assemble, accomplish Readiness Reviews, release and accomplish records review certification of the Technical Work Documents (TWDs) and support documents and materials needed to execute project or shop related tasks. The planner works to the project schedule in order to stage all TWDs and supporting documentation and material needed to support accomplishment of the task.

 

**This position is a Temporary Position NTE 1 year,

 and may become Permanent without further Competition** 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal & Regulatory Guidance.

Suitable for Federal employment as determined by background investigation.

Selectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary period.

You must obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Some Overtime.Shift/Weekend Holiday work may be required.
