The Maintenance Contract Coordinator--Drilling Services will assist with the maintenance of contracts, Responsibilities include, matching contracts requirements, scope of supply, quality, and deliveries. Candidate will ultimately be responsible for the managing of all maintenance contract administration.
Essential Responsibilities Additionally, you will:


* Work with Drilling Services orders associated with the contract, with responsibilities of matching contracts requirements, scope of supply, quality and deliveries.

* Develop strong business relationship with customers and Account Managers to ensure a solid customer trust, enabling growth.

* Monitor costs and maintain metrics to maximize Contribution Margin.

* Complete quote requests in a manner that complies with our current policies and procedures in the event anything is needed outside current workscope.

* Complete all sales orders/transfer orders in a manner that complies with our current policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with Cost accounting and Account Manager(s) as instructed to ensure timely cash collections and execution of the program/contract.

* Assist with all issues inside/outside the scope of contract.

* Backup for Administrative Assistant for the Service Center

* Follow up on billing/invoicing issues

* Complete workflows for POs and ARFs in support of the Maintenance Program
Qualifications/Requirements
* High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of administrative or related experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and JDE

* Proficient in ERP system

* Familiar with International Freight Incoterms

* Customer oriented, reliable, ability to develop easy interaction with the surrounding functions- Commercial Operations, Sales Forces, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality, to build the desired results

* Problem solving, customer centric attitude

* Ability to effectively operate in a matrix organization structure
