Overview:

Tired of working at run-down properties? The Richdale Group is looking for highly skilled experienced Maintenance Engineers for our luxury apartment community in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:

Completes all maintenance work orders, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and appliance. Maintains all equipment to ensure safety and equipment upkeep. Maintains common areas for safety and appearance. Ensures resident satisfaction when working in an apartment. Maintains resident contact regarding maintenance problems in apartments. When required, carries emergency pager and responds to all emergency calls in a timely manner and if necessary, in person. Completes all other projects or requests as directed by Supervisor.
Qualifications:

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitching in to get the job completed. Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards. HVAC certification required. 3-5 yrs experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and maintenance. Great customer service and organizational aptitude. Must be available for rotating on-call hours.
