JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Alice, Texas site. This position will support the day to day operation of Sanitation and maintaining our site and grounds. As a Maintenance Technician you will:Maintain the cribs and facility grounds. Replace dirty gravel with clean grave to prevent the spread of disease Build crates for animal shipmentsBuild cribs for housing animalsAssist in the repair of cribs as neededRepair water lines as neededAssist in the grounds keeping for the facility. Perform clean up operations around buildings, grounds, parking lots, disposal sites etc as needed. Clean air conditioner filters and wash down condensers on units as needed or monthly.Perform general maintenance on buildings (painting, patching, repairs, etc.)Operate equipment as assigned in daily tasks.Perform work order duties as assigned.Work in inclement weather Job requires repetitive motion of using shovel and other hand tools Mandatory TB tests
