Position Description

Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical/electrical equipment. Must be a self motivator, have basic technical training from a credited institute, welding a plus.
Position Requirements

1) Cleans and Lubricates parts, equipment, and Machinery
2) Confers with operators and observes, test, and evaluates operation of machinery.
3) Is able demonstrate strong mechanical skills which include tear down and repair of defective machinery parts.
4) Able to follow all safety rules established by department.
5) Must follow strict guidelines set forth by training to make sure bakery maintains its AIB, SQF Certifications. Good Manufacturing Practices
6) Must follow chemical storage and labeling program to keep in compliance with our Environmental status.
7) Some basic Electrical troubleshooting skills are strongly preferred.
8) Keeps PM records of all equipment worked on.
9) Must be a team player and work well with co-workers.
10) Computer skills a plus.
