Job Description :

This position’s essential job functions are to diagnose, repair and maintain mechanical hydraulic systems, injection molding machines and pneumatic systems, as well as troubleshoot electrical systems. The majority of this position’s responsibilities will focus on corrective maintenance of machine and systems issues, as well as preventative maintenance to eliminate inefficiencies and increase productivity.
Job Requirements :


* 3 years of related maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing environment
* Previous work experience must be relevant to plant operations
* Must be hands on with strong mechanical aptitude
* Able to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blue prints, mechanical and electrical diagrams
* Able to troubleshoot AC/DC control wirings, relay logic and PLC
* Must possess a sense of accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
* Action-oriented with personal drive for success
* Must be able to work effectively under minimal supervision
* Flexible to work overtime and weekends as required
* Ability and willingness to work night shift (typically 7 pm -7 am)
* High school diploma or GED required; Journeyman/Maintenance Texas License a plus
* Must demonstrate physical skills and ability to comply with work demands as per Company job analysis requirements
