Dominium is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician for a 212 unit apartment community in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for apartment turns
* General appearance and maintenance of the property
Qualifications:
* At least two years of previous maintenance experience required
* Basic painting, electrical and plumbing experience required
* Must provide your own tools
* HVAC and EPA required
* CPO certification preferred as well as supervisory skills
* The ability to work evenings and weekends and on-call as needed is required
* Bilingual preferred
Wage: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
