Title: Maintenance Technician CNC
Location: Conroe

General Overview
Performs maintenance of machinery and equipment used in Production. Assists higher level Maintenance Technicians where applicable.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installs electric wiring and conduit.
Installs plumbing and air piping.
Repair and re-work of furnaces, lathes, milling machines, and other equipment when required.
Assists in maintaining accurate and detailed records on all equipment.
Performs work safely and adheres to applicable OSHA regulations and/or rules adhered to by the maintenance department.
Interprets and works to wiring diagrams, mechanical schematics, and engineering drawings where applicable.
Completes purchase requisitions on repair/replacement parts.
Uses hand tools to complete job assignments.
Changes filters and oil on machines as required according to the Preventative Maintenance Program.
Observes safety regulations, wears required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to Management.
All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of Trade School or 10 years of experience in a responsible maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
Internal promotion with minimum technical work experience at manager's discretion
Job Requirements:
Position may or may not require travel
Adheres to all HSE requirements
Working hours to be identified by manager
