This announcement can be used to fill multiple locations and multiple positions.

NOTE: The selectee will be able to choose from one of three locations: Nashville, TN; Albany, NY : or Washington, D.C. Metro area.. The salary range listed on this announcement reflects the lowest GS rate based on rest of the US and the highest salary rate based off of DC locality. Upon selection,the salary will be adjusted to include the locality adjustment for the specific location.

Relocation Expenses: are not authorized for this position. 

This recruitment is for one position at either the GS-9 or 11 level with promotion potential to the GS-11 with the Human Factors Engineering Office within the Office of Informatics and Analytics (OIA). 

Promotion potential:  The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.  Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
