This position is located in Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences

(USUHS), Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration, Office of the Vice

President for Administration, Facilities Division (FAC). The Division’s functions include

maintenance, alteration, and repair of buildings and structures; maintenance, repair and

installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC & R) systems;

maintenance and repair of utilities, water, sewage, and similar systems; grounds maintenance; pest control, and provision of associated building services.

 

The purpose of this position is to install, maintain, and repair high temperature and high pressure water, gas, and steam piping systems; and to maintain and repair other water and plumbing systems throughout the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) buildings and grounds.
