This position is located in the Client Services Division, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, as a claims and legal assistance attorney. Client Services provides claims and legal assistance support to a military and civilian community of more than 165,000 eligible clients, including active duty military, retirees, eligible civilians, and their family members/dependents.

About the Position:

 

You will be the Command legal expert with respect to issues concerning the operation of a military installation to include all matters related to the interpretation of laws, regulations, statutes and directives concerning claims against the United States or legal assistance issues.
