About the Agency

The position is located in the MRP Business Services (MRPBS),Human Resources Division (HRD), APHIS Center for Training and Development. This Branch is responsible for all APHIS-wide, non-technical training, and Organizational Development (OD) support strategies. The incumbent serves as a key member of the branch responsible for assisting agency personnel in the overall planning, implementation, and administration of leadership development, coaching, and organizational design and development strategies through the application of behavioral science-based principles and methods.
APHIS is an emergency response agency. This means that all Agency employees may be asked or assigned to participate in rotating temporary duty assignments to support emergency programs at some time during their careers with APHIS. For details click: APHIS Emergency Response
