About the Agency

This position serves as the Director for Business Information Systems Strategy and Management (BISSM), participating with the Executive of Analysis and Information Management (AIM) and other officials in establishing and carrying out broad policies and program objectives for Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ).

APHIS is an emergency response agency. This means that all Agency employees may be asked or assigned to participate in rotating temporary duty assignments to support emergency programs at some time during their careers with APHIS. For details click: APHIS Emergency Response
