The successful candidate for this position will serve as the Investment Manager(IM) and Program Manager(PM) for the National Patient Information Reporting System (NPIRS). The purpose of this position is to provide top-level Federal oversight and management of the NPIRS Program and Investment, in compliance with HHS Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and IHS agency policy. The candidate for this position will also serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the contracts supporting NPIRS. The position is part of the Office of Information Technology(OIT) management team and advises the Division of Information Technology(DIT) Director, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and senior IHS management on all aspects of enterprise-level data management and analytics.
