This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), Preventive & Population Health Care Models Group (PPHCMG), in Woodlawn, MD.

 

This position is intended to lead the development of health care delivery and payment models that are focused on raising the quality of care, improving carecoordination across all settings, and applying the approach over a longer period of time than standard care delivery and across a large group of patients.
