Appointments made under this announcement are limited to 1039 hours (six months) in a service year and may be terminated at any time. AREA INFORMATION: This position is duty stationed at Boston African-American National Historic Site, a unique partnership park that encompasses the largest area of pre-Civil War black owned structures in the United States. The nearly two dozen historic sites, linked by the 1.6 mile Black Heritage Trail®, were homes, businesses, schools, and churches of a thriving black community that, in the face of great opposition, fought the forces of slavery and inequality.
