About the Position:
The U. S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) is participating in an alternative personnel system known as the Personnel Demonstration Project. The pay-band DB-03 incorporates the GS-13 step 1 to GS-14 step 10 grade level equivalents. In keeping with the Demonstration pay fixing policies, employees already earning a salary that falls within the pay-band, or equivalent, will not receive a pay increase (promotion) upon being placed in this position. Future pay increases within the pay-band will be through the pay for performance management system.
