Mechanical Assembler II

JOB SUMMARY:
The Mechanical Assembler II will coordinate with Shop Supervisor to accomplish various job assignments like bending, threading and installation of pipe/conduit. Operation of a cutting torch and be able to do basic structural welding. In addition, a Mechanical Assembler II must be willing and able to lead and direct the work of others. They must also possess a good understanding of the packaging process for natural gas compressors and related components. Additionally a Mechanical Assembler II must be able to install both standard and non-standard components with limited supervision. Three years in the natural gas compressor packaging industry or equivalent experience preferred.
