You can progress from $44K to 68K in 4 years! Year 1 - $44,176 (GS-7), Year 2 - $54,028 (GS-9), Year 3 - $57,408 (GS-11), and Year 4 - $68,809 (GS-12).
Promotion to the Full Performance Level: The career ladder promotion potential of this position is the GS-12 level. If/when it is determined that a promotion is warranted, it may be made without further competition. Promotion up to and including the GS-12 level is neither guaranteed nor automatic, but based on supervisor initiation.
